Terms & Conditions
1. Campaign period will be effective from 25 Jan 2021 to 28 Feb 2021.
2. This campaign is only applicable for new installation.
3.This campaign is applicable to Fibre Packages with 500mbps and above.
4.This promotion is only applicable to order from this unique link.
5. It is tied to 24-months contract.
6. Internet plan is subject to the infra readiness and port availability
7. Home appliances’ brand & specification to be determined by the company
and it is subject to stock availability. The company (KTIC) shall not entertain
any request from customer to exchange to cash term or home appliances’
brand/specifications.
8. Home appliances to be delivered within 30 days upon TIME Fibre activation
date;
9. Customer is not allowed to modify package (upgrade/downgrade and change)
within the first 12 months.
10. The company (KTIC) reserves the right to change, suspend or discontinue
temporarily or permanently, some or all of the promotion with respect to any or
all users, at any time without notice.
11. Termination/cancellation of the plan within the commitment period (24
months contract), customer will be charged an RM500 of penalty fees from TIME.
12. Except for the specific terms and conditions for the Campaign stated
herein, all other terms and conditions for TIME Fiber Broadband and General
Campaign terms and conditions shall continue to apply.
