Free trial will cover the package of 30Mbps RM89, 100Mbps RM129 and 300MbpsRM199.
However, customer will still need to pay for any other add-ons, call charges, value added services (eg: Mesh Wifi and Home Gadget Protection) and content on demand.
How to cancel subscription?
You must return all 3 equipments, i.e.: modem, media box ( add-ons) and BTU. Failed to do so, customer will be charged RM500. You can request for termination at nearest TMPoint before 30 days from service activation date.
What happens when my free trial is over?
If you do not cancel before the end of your free trial period, your account will be charged the monthly subscription fee.
